3 yr. ago. Radeon drivers are made by morons that did stupid stuff like bind video card hotkeys to CTRL or SHIFT. 90% of several of my AMD card's problems are driver related. Overheating, performance, etc. I always just TASK MANAGER > KILL AMD OVERLAY > KILL RADEON SOFTWARE (and leave the service) and voila!
