New Sounds FIX for GTA San Andreas. This MOD changes all the sounds in the game (except for the votes of the characters in the cutscene). Excellent quality! Perezalil, all the problems fixed, and now there should be no departures. Now modification works in SA: MP. So after not really finding any solution online I've been trying out a few things. What's worked for me was to use the Nvidia control panel and play around with the V-Sync options for SA, while leaving the frame limiter off in SA's options.
