So I picked up a LG DU-27FB32C. the menu button on the TV itself does nothing. I've tried many remotes, including a service remote and i can't get an on screen menu at all besides the sleep timer. My only thought is that maybe its locked out because it was used in a commercial setting? if anyone has any suggestion how I can reset it to get into
Here is a picture below for reference: The following are given some firmware/software files free download links of most common brands of Digital CRT TV available in the market. Show entries. Search: S.No. TV Brand Name. Download Link. 1. Toshiba CRT TV.
Things I've tried to get it back to normal are as followed: -Resetting the TV with an AV source plugged in (both reset with 8 and 0, I think they're different) -Retuning TV with AV plugged in (RF still works fine, just only up to 80 instead of 110) -Manually scanning for it. Here's the service menu. I can't find anything relating to an AV input.
Thanks for the link, I remember seeing that a long time ago when I needed the service menu code. Unfortunately on this TV I don’t have the VMLV option; but in scrolling through I found VMOF, VMLO, VMHI, which sounds like the options I have on an older model when selecting the VM setting in the menu!
