My 21 ATAS returned some seriously good fuel economy wandering around backroads at a very mellow pace. 58.3 (US), 4.03 l/100km, 70.01 MPG (UK) 309 miles or 497km. 5.33 US gas/20.2L used. I'll take that from a 1100cc engine. That matches the best tank of gas from my Versys 650. Completely stock bike with a heavy rider on a 28C 85F day.

Best fuel consumption so far for a single tank with a passenger. You need to be very gentle with the throttle (good for the passenger) and be on 6th gear on lower speeds to reach it. It was both town and highway drive. Going to keep experimenting during the next trips, but I notice the fuel indicator drops too fast no matter what.
